General Terms and Conditions

WARRANTY:

All laboratory capital equipment (centrifuges, incubators, ovens, etc) come with a full one year or multiple year manufactures warranty. BIOSYS-SCIENTIFIC or its representative manufacture will ship replacement parts, have your product ship back or repair on-site any problem which may arise as a result of a manufactures defect within the specified warranty period. All products are inspected then shipped in good condition. If product arrives damaged please contact your shipper for a product claim. We are not responsible for any damaged goods.

PRICES:

Although prices listed are lower than manufactures suggested retail price (feel free to compare), prices may be subjected to change without notice.

Return Policy:

A restocking fee of 35% will be charged on any boxed, unopened and unused item. The item or items must be returned

within 30 days from date of purchase. If the equipment or item is subjected to any pathogens and/or body fluids we have

the right to refuse the product. If return is approved by Biosystems Scientific LLC a decontamination certificate must be

attached to the product and signed by department head & purchasing director before shipping any product back to

Biosystems Scientific, LLC. Credit will be applied to clients account within 30 days of return shipment, our inspection time

and process requires time and patients. Credit can only be used against another product purchase.
